It would be too hard to choose a favorite new spa this year, but here are the nominees:
A little larger cabinet houses a double filter upgrade for this spa business in N.E. Portland.
Ashiyu in Northwest Portland is home to this roomy foot spa.
The landscape remodeling of this Portland home was completed by a new spa this summer. The pump cabinet is concealed next to the house.
The paved area once had a hot tub on it, but the owners liked their new foot spa better.
The judges were impressed by the finished look of this spa.
This spa was one of the few we have bought back and reconditioned to soothe the feet of a fellow overworked small business owner.
The hot springs foot spas of Japan inspired our electric-powered mini-spas, so it is especially fulfilling to ship multiple orders to a retailer in Tokyo. Spatecno installs the spas mainly in resorts and retirement centers in a country that knows that treating the feet with hot hydrotherapy is a key to a long, happy life.

Here’s one of our favorite installations, from 2008, still going strong.
The garden at Ashiyu Foot Spa in Northwest Portland is open for soaking.
Under the new canopy a relaxing soak in the spa is so peaceful, a nice way to start a reflexology session.
Ashiyu Foot Spa in NW Portland now has one of the large square models that we call the Onsen.
The spa has room for soakers on three sides, and has marbles in the basin, which give a nice massage. Stop by and try it some time, or reserve it for your small group for $40 per hour.
The Float Shoppe in NW Portland added a new foot spa by Ashiyu in a secluded soaking room.
Enjoy a nice soak after a massage or acupuncture treatment and follow it with a mind-expanding float in the Float Shoppe’s sensory deprivation tanks. Find them online at http://www.floatshoppe.com.
There is something special about every spa we deliver. In this case the buyers wanted us to use glass tile on the cabinet, and the result was stunning.
Another special thing is we set it up in their living room. Why not?!
We are delivering more and more spas to businesses who use them as waiting room amenities. This one is at Purple Pear Massage in Battle Ground, WA
Here’s a new spa we delivered to Seattle this weekend. The rooftop patio has a view of downtown.
